Enjoy a late afternoon walk in the cooler forests of Mt Alexander, from the picnic ground out to Cockatoo Rocks for a view.  The walk is along a fairly level 1 km section of the Goldfields Track. We will return to the Leanganook picnic ground for a picnic.

Meet: Meet at the Octopus (opposite the motel in Duke St) at 3.30pm or at the Leanganook picnic ground, Mt Alexander at 4pm.

Bring: Water, chairs and picnic (BYO all drinks and food).

The Field Trip will be cancelled in extreme weather conditions or if there is a high fire risk.
